Basks Ami (Bask El Amigo x LW Banora)
1997 Grey AHA MareAmi is a Bask granddaughter and Aladdinn great-granddaughter. She is registered as a gray, but the last three foals have retained their color and have not grayed. Ami was injured as a foal so is not sound to ride but would have been a great riding horse. Even with her back injury she has grace and poise in her movement. She has a kind and loving nature, is well built and has a typey head. Ami is bred to Saba Mashaali for a 2010 foal.
Dakabu Brinas Legacy (Kumars Night Legacy x HAAP Sabrina)
2004 Black-Bay AHA MareEvie is an extremely correct black-bay mare with a gorgeous head and a kind & loving disposition. She is a proven producer of sabino foals and is single agouti, so could produce black sabino! We will be getting this girl under saddle and expect that she will be a terrific riding horse! Evie is in foal to Saba Mashaali for a black or bay Arabian foal in 2010.
Lookouts Calypzo (MS Santanta x MS Carrie)
2002 Black AHA MareCalypzo is a jet black, 100% Polish mare with an overall stunning look and daughter of the National Champion stallion, MS Santanta! When she came to us at 6 yrs old, she had barely been handled, but Calypzo responded to us quickly and positively. Two years later, she is now loving, fat, and broke to ride. She will do ANYTHING you ask of her under saddle, and keeping her footing is no problem at all. This beautiful mare is Sweepstakes Nominated.
May Wesst (DA John Wayne x Julbilee)
2005 Black AHA MareThis Arabian mare is black as night, and though she is smaller in stature than some of our other Arabian mares, she is extremely strong in pedigree. She has been saddled and ponied, but is not yet broke to ride, so we will continue her training this fall. May Wesst will most-likely make a great endurance prospect, as she loves to consistently run out at pasture. This girl is very affectionate with us and she is not intimidated by any of the other horses. Her head is very typey, and we look forward to a beautiful 2010 foal with her in foal to the sabino Arabian stallion, Legally Intoxicating. May Wesst is Sweepstakes Nominated.
Neverending Story (Char-Scimitar x Kamar Bint)
1997 Black-Bay AHA MareThis beautiful black-bay Arabian mare is another one of our “favorites”. Story has such a sweet personality, and like Jhetta, Story is so polite, especially when we are feeding, putting in bales, or giving out treats. She is so careful not to let anything but her lips touch your hand, stretching out her neck towards us, asking ever so politely for a treat. Her head is incredibly nice, and is complimented with her 4 white socks and star. Story is well broke to ride. Her 2009 foal is an absolutely gorgeous, bay near-leopard filly with a head as flawless as her dam and an awesome conformation.
SA Dark Angel (Jailhouse Rock x Khentucky Rain)
2005 Black-Bay AHA MareThis very pretty black-bay Arabian mare broke out to ride perfectly, without a buck or even an argument. Dark Angel is a feisty young mare, but willing to do anything, and she loves to go for long rides. She has a star and one white sock, and like most of our horses, she is a very affectionate mare, and well muscled with good bone. Her 2009 foal is also a complete beauty; a smokey-black filly with a blanket and spots. StarBright is the last foal sired by the late fewspot appaloosa great, Bright Joker Eyes!
Sahanads Jhetta (El Reata Sahanad x CR Amotion)
1995 Black AHA MareJhetta is a big, strong Arabian mare with good bone and lots of muscle. She has been ridden extensively and loves to go places. She is one of the kindest and most polite mares we own. Her 2009 foal was a good looking bay arab/appaloosa colt with a blanket and spots, and a very typey Arabian head. Jhett, as we call him, was our first foal of the 2009 foaling season and our first Araloosa. Jhetta did herself proud with this handsome young colt. Jhetta is also a proven sabino producer!
SC Sahara Rose (Al Firestorm x HAI Midnight Rose)
2006 Black AHA MareSahara is the first Arabian filly purchased by RMH Ranch, therefore she holds a special place in all of our hearts. She has a strong pedigree, outstanding head, beautiful conformation, incredible athletic ability, and a phenomenal disposition. We believe she will be able to produce sabino-marked foals. This young mare is BIG, so Hannah will begin her training this fall. Sahara is full of life and energy, and serves as a “scout” for the rest of the herd. Her curiosity about what you are doing gives her an investigative mindset that puts her in your pocket. And oh my! Is she beautiful as she gallops back to tell the rest of the herd what you are up to. She has a beautiful stride and head/tail carriage. Sahara is Sweepstakes Nominated.
Von Bathsheba (Anchor Hill Maruf x Von Susanna)
1991 Bay AHA MareSheba is a beautiful older mare, with a truly feminine head, huge hip, perfect shoulder, and a great disposition. She has a star, snip and several socks that have large, distinct ermine spots, so we are certain that she will be able to produce sabino foals for us.
